The Chauffeur SLC is a Salt Lake City–based private transportation company providing premium chauffeur service throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, the Wasatch Front, and surrounding resort communities.
Founded on March 14, 2025, The Chauffeur SLC was built on the idea that great transportation is about more than simply getting from one place to another. It’s about reliability, professionalism, and trust.
The company provides airport transportation, executive travel, resort transportation, dinner service, weddings, and private chauffeur service for both residents and visitors traveling throughout Northern Utah.
Rather than operating as a high-volume dispatch service, The Chauffeur SLC focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, providing consistent service that travelers know they can depend on.

Zacary Peters
Founder | Lead Chauffeur & Community Liaison
The Chauffeur SLC was founded by Zacary Peters, a Salt Lake City entrepreneur who set out to build a private transportation service centered on reliability, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.
At 28 years old, Zacary launched the company with a simple idea: create a transportation service that feels more personal and dependable than the typical ride people experience through traditional transportation companies.
Starting with a single vehicle and a strong work ethic, Zacary built the company from the ground up, focusing on consistent service, clear communication, and earning trust one client at a time.
Early on, Zacary made the decision to operate the company differently from most transportation services. Rather than building a fleet of identical black SUVs, he chose the Volkswagen ID. Buzz as the flagship vehicle. The decision reflected his desire to offer something more passenger-friendly and memorable — a vehicle that feels spacious, comfortable, and welcoming while still delivering a premium travel experience.
Like many new businesses, the early stages of building The Chauffeur SLC came with unexpected challenges. The original vehicle Zacary planned to launch the company with arrived damaged in transport, forcing him to rethink the plan from the start. Shortly after getting the business moving, a serious accident totaled the company’s first operational vehicle. Instead of stepping away from the business, Zacary remained committed to the vision and continued building the company client by client.
What began as a small operation has quickly grown into a trusted private transportation service serving executives, resort guests, corporate clients, and families throughout Salt Lake City and Park City.
Today, Zacary remains directly involved in daily operations, ensuring every client receives the same level of service and attention that the company was built on.
The Vision
The long-term vision for The Chauffeur SLC is to build one of the most distinctive and forward-thinking private transportation services in the region.
While most transportation companies rely on fleets of identical black SUVs, Zacary set out to build something different — a company known for exceptional service, memorable vehicles, and a modern approach to private transportation.
As the company grows, The Chauffeur SLC will continue developing a fleet centered around unique, passenger-friendly electric vehicles designed to deliver a quieter, more comfortable travel experience. The Volkswagen ID. Buzz represents the beginning of that vision, offering a vehicle that feels welcoming, spacious, and unlike anything typically found in the transportation industry.
Looking ahead, Zacary plans to expand the fleet with next-generation luxury EV platforms such as the Cadillac Escalade IQL, Scout electric vehicles, and advanced Tesla models, building a transportation service that combines innovation with premium client experience.
With the company now operating independently and growing rapidly, the next phase focuses on expanding partnerships with resorts, corporate clients, and private travelers throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, and the Wasatch Front.
The goal is simple: continue building a company known not only for reliability and professionalism, but for operating one of the most unique and passenger-focused chauffeur fleets in the Western United States.
